We understand that plans can change. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, please adhere to the following cancellation guidelines:

  • More than 24 hours before appointment: Free cancellation with full deposit refund
  • 12-24 hours before appointment: 50% cancellation fee applies
  • Less than 12 hours before appointment: Full appointment fee may be charged

3. How to Cancel

You can cancel your appointment through:

  • Your account dashboard on our website
  • Contacting us by phone or email
  • Replying to your booking confirmation message

4. No-Shows

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full service fee may be charged. Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement of a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.

5. Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule to accommodate other clients. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, the appointment may be treated as a no-show.

6. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment free of charge if done more than 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment is subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.

7. Cancellations by Foxy Braid House

In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., stylist illness, emergency). In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or complimentary rescheduling.
