Returns + Exchanges Policy

1. Product Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Provide your order number and reason for the return
  • We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization

3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used hair care products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased on final sale

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
