Refund Policy

1. Service Refunds

At Foxy Braid House, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with a service, please let us know within 48 hours of your appointment.

  • We will first attempt to resolve the issue by offering a complimentary redo or adjustment
  • If the issue cannot be resolved, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion
  • Refund requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible

2. Product Refunds

Product refunds are available for items returned in accordance with our Returns + Exchanges Policy.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

3. Booking Deposit Refunds

Booking deposits are refundable under the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment: Full deposit refund
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours: 50% deposit refund
  • No-shows: No refund on deposit

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with your booking or order details. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may not be available for promotional or discounted services, gift cards, or services where the client provided incorrect information during booking.
